Can my PSN account be banned? No, PSN has never banned users for cheating in games. Account bans on PSN usually result from fraudulent activities within the PlayStation Store or violations of Sony's security policies, rather than in-game cheats. When it comes to in-game behavior, you are generally subject to the game's rules, not those of Sony.

Can I be banned from the game itself? It is possible to receive bans in some games, such as those from FromSoftware, which may require offline play to avoid a "softban." This is extremely rare and typically results in a ban from online play only, not a loss of access to the entire game.

Is it safe to provide access to my account? Yes, we treat your account with the utmost respect and security. When we access your account, we perform four specific actions: 1) Download a save from the cloud, 2) Transfer it to a USB drive, 3) Replace the modified save from the USB drive, and 4) Upload the modified save to the cloud. We only open a game if requested by the client for a next-gen transfer or if the save encounters significant difficulties.

Can I use my account normally during the process? Yes, the process does not run games unless requested or required due to difficulty. Even in such cases, the client will be consulted before any action is taken.

Will any purchases be made in my name? Under no circumstances will our team make any purchases on your behalf. If additional content is required, we will inform you, and you will be responsible for redeeming the product, including free items. We never enter the PlayStation Store with a client's account or make purchases, even if they are free.

How long does it take to modify a save? Our maximum turnaround time is 24 hours, but we often complete the process more quickly. This timeframe is important as we use a manual method for modification, rather than an automated one, which can have known issues.

Do I need anything other than the base game for a modified save? With few exceptions, you need the full version of the game with all DLCs, particularly in the case of Bandai games, which may have some DLCs available only in Europe.

Do I need to provide any additional information besides my PSN details or send the save by email? Yes, we need to know the continent where you currently reside, as it determines the key type (e.g., Americas, Europe, Asia). This information is crucial, as its absence can delay the delivery process.

Do I need to have a save of the game I want to be modified uploaded to the cloud for modification? No, you only need to have any save, and inform us of the continent. We'll take care of the rest.

Do I need to provide the account with access to the game, or can it be a secondary account? The account does not need to have access to the game, but it does need to have PSN Plus. Having PSN Plus is sufficient for us to work on the modification.
